Carolina Senior Marketing is looking for a full-time team member with a strong work ethic and customer service focus. Adept multitasker capable of bringing simultaneous projects to completion with full accuracy and efficiency, with a keen eye for detail.
Job responsibilities include:
- Assisting the operations team in working as a liaison between the insurance agent and the insurance carriers
- Understanding and executing the contracting process for multiple insurance carriers
- Documenting and communicating carrier contracting processes to insurance agents
- Working collaboratively with multiple departments and team members within Carolina Senior Marketing to successfully onboard new agents
- Resolving agent operational issues and urgent needs
Requirements:
- Customer service driven
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written to communicate effectively with team members, agents, and insurance carriers
- Ability to work as a team member
- Detail oriented with exceptional time management skills
- Enjoys working on tasks and data entry
- Ability to work independently
- Positive attitude, with a teachable spirit
- Ability to stay on top of procedures and processes to be able to relay the most accurate information to our agents and team members
- Takes initiative and enjoys problem solving
