Health Insurance Assistant

Part-Time, Hourly Compensation, Monthly Commission, Employee Stock

We are a fast-growing marketing company looking for a part-time team member with a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for implementing ideas.

Job responsibilities include:
  • Contact prospective clients about insurance products and policies.
  • Perform detailed Health Insurance sales needs analysis, identifying matching plans.
  • Explain various insurance policies and products to potential and existing clients; guide clients in selecting coverage to best meet their needs.
  • Assist clients through the electronic enrollment process.
  • Assist internal manager and staff with additional customer service needs.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with team members, agents and carriers.
  • Project management excellence with attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn our niche industry and effectively create content for our customer base.
  • Ability to work independently while staying on task.
  • Positive attitude, taking critique and direction well.
  • Must take initiative to help and resolve issues.
