Job responsibilities include:
- Contact prospective clients about insurance products and policies.
- Perform detailed Health Insurance sales needs analysis, identifying matching plans.
- Explain various insurance policies and products to potential and existing clients; guide clients in selecting coverage to best meet their needs.
- Assist clients through the electronic enrollment process.
- Assist internal manager and staff with additional customer service needs.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with team members, agents and carriers
- Project management excellence with attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn our niche industry and effectively create content for our customer base
- Ability to work independently while staying on task
- Positive attitude, taking critique and direction well
- Must take initiative to help and resolve issues
BONUS:
