Job responsibilities include:
  • Assist Creative Department with Pre-Press and Graphic Design needs using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
  • Support department heads with note-taking, data collection, tracking, and organization
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets to track and analyze quantitative data
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within our industry
  • Gather consumer behavior data (web traffic and rankings)
  • Present findings to department heads with clear and concise communication
  • Post content on the company’s resources website as deemed necessary
  • Assist in organizing promotional events
  • Maintain records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
Requirements:
  • Experience using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, & Illustrator
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and experience using marketing software and online applications (CRM tools, analytics, Google Adwords, etc)
  • Good understanding of office management
  • Experience analyzing data, identifying trends, summarizing results and making recommendations based on findings
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet project deadlines
  • Eagerness to learn our niche industry and develop ways to help us provide the best service possible
  • Ability to work independently while staying on task
  • Positive attitude, taking critique and direction well
  • Must take initiative to help and resolve issues

Video Production Intern

If you’re a task oriented person who loves serving others and has experience in video production and editing, Carolina Senior Marketing is looking for a creative and independent summer intern to support the production of our multimedia content.

Job responsibilities include:
  • Assist in content capture including interviews, video shoots, photography sessions, and event documentation.
  • Arrange optimal lighting, camera, and audio setup for video shoots.
    Help write, edit, and produce concise video supported by motion graphics and b-roll.
  • Assist with pre-production and production planning activities.
  • Conducts field-based video production which involves interacting with agents and operating all portable video and audio equipment.
  • Assist with planning and performing video post-production tasks which includes reviewing footage, making editorial decisions, rough cuts, audio adjustment, color correction, and final editing.
  • Participate in brainstorm sessions to share ideas, define strategy, and be instrumental in bringing them to life.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with video production equipment and software.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere.
  • Experience with Adobe After Effects.
  • Experience in videography and photography techniques, including lighting and camera positioning among others, is preferred.
  • Must be reliable with excellent organizational skills and very strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Macintosh OS.
  • Online portfolio showcasing your videography and editing work.
  • Ability to multitask and complete tasks within deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site filming.

  • Strong knowledge and abilities in Adobe Creative Cloud – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.

Digital Advertising Manager

Carolina Senior Marketing is looking for a local, full-time team member to help us grow our agents’ businesses.

Job responsibilities include:
  • Strategize, develop, manage, and build reports on ad campaigns across Facebook, Google, YouTube, and other channels
  • Directly manage ongoing Facebook campaigns: setup, A/B testing, optimizing, and making edits as necessary
  • Work closely with Marketing Managers, Web Developers, and Social Media Specialists to ensure successful and cohesive results
  • Continually ideate, setup, execute, measure, and iterate on A/B tests to optimize campaign efforts
  • Lead conversion rate optimization efforts through on-page testing and work with design team to create high-converting landing pages and efficient lead generation systems
  • Assist in the growth and optimization of email/social lead generation initiatives
  • Research, evaluate, and propose opportunities for new channel expansion and efficient processes
Requirements:
  • Expert knowledge working in Facebook Ad, Google Ads, Bing Advertising, and other ad platforms
  • Highly skilled at creating persuasive copy and imagery to drive consumer response
  • Extremely organized and capable of managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrable ability to self-learn and the desire to self-start projects
  • Eagerness to learn our niche industry and develop ways to help us provide the best service possible
