Job responsibilities include:
  • Acquiring comprehensive knowledge of all product lines within health and life insurance and providing training to agents on new and relevant updates.
  • Formulating a communication schedule for monthly training sessions and webinars.
  • Managing the Insurance quoting software and overseeing its daily usage by agents.
  • Collaborating with the Agent Services team to facilitate the onboarding process for new agents and agency partners.
  • Disseminating project status updates and analyses to department heads through Asana.
  • Offering seasonal support to agents participating in retail programs.
  • Annual updating of plan documents across all lines of business.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, agents, and carriers.
  • Demonstrated project management excellence with a keen attention to detail.
  • Enthusiasm for learning our niche industry and adeptly creating content for our customer base.
  • Capability to work independently while maintaining focus on assigned tasks.
  • Positive attitude, receptiveness to critique, and ability to follow directions effectively.
  • Proactive initiative to resolve issues and provide assistance.
  • Demonstrated patience and understanding in serving agents.
  • Proficiency in learning and utilizing various websites and software systems.

Carolina Senior Marketing is looking for a full-time team member with a strong work ethic and customer service focus. Adept multitasker capable of bringing simultaneous projects to completion with full accuracy and efficiency, with a keen eye for detail.

Job responsibilities include:
  • Researching and understanding the commission structure and processes for multiple insurance carriers and products.
  • Working as a liaison between the agent and the insurance carriers.
  • Documenting and communicating carrier commission processes to team members and agents.
  • Gathering and reviewing monthly commission statements for multiple insurance carriers.
  • Resolving agent commission discrepancies and urgent commission needs.
Requirements:
  • Customer service driven.
  • Enjoys problem solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written to communicate effectively with team members, agents, and insurance carriers.
  • Ability to work as a team member.
  • Detail oriented with exceptional time management skills.

  • Ability to stay on top of procedures and processes to be able to relay the most accurate information to our agents and team members.
